SINTIRI LOGISTICS AND TRANSPORT SERVICES (SINTIRI NIGERIA)
Booking Portal: www.sintirinigeria.online
TERMS OF SERVICE
Welcome to Sintiri Nigeria. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of our digital booking platform, physical terminal facilities, and transportation services on the Abuja–Kaduna–Kano (AKK) corridor. By purchasing a ticket on www.sintirinigeria.online or at our authorized desks, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
SECTION 1: DUAL SERVICE ARCHITECTURE & ANONYMIZED DISPATCH (OPSEC)
1.1 Service Framework: Sintiri Logistics and Transport Services (operating as "Sintiri Nigeria") manages a hybrid transit model consisting of two distinct logistics configurations: Internal Carrier Manifests (operated using vehicles owned directly by Sintiri Nigeria and driven by company personnel) and External Partner Manifests (operated by independent third-party transport operators or "Independent Contractors").
1.2 Operational Security (OPSEC) & Fleet Anonymization: To protect passengers, drivers, and assets from targeted safety or security threats on the Abuja–Kaduna–Kano highway, Sintiri Nigeria enforces a strict policy of operational unpredictability. Daily schedules, fleet type allocations, and departure sequencing are completely anonymized to the public domain.
1.3 Blind Booking Infrastructure: All tickets sold via www.sintirinigeria.online are booked uniformly as a standard "Sintiri Business Class" seat. The booking interface does not distinguish or disclose whether a departure will be serviced via an Internal Carrier vehicle or an External Partner vehicle. Vehicle specifics (such as color and license plate number) are classified as restricted data and are only transmitted privately to the passenger immediately prior to boarding at the terminal.
SECTION 2: TICKETING, BOOKING VALIDITY, AND TURN-OUT OPERATIONS
2.1 Manifest Classifications: Passengers booking a trip are dynamically assigned to one of two manifest streams at the platform's sole operational discretion:
a) Corporate Fixed Manifests: Specific premium departures tied to exact scheduled intervals.
b) Marketplace Turn-Out Manifests: Demand-driven rolling departures that operate on a sequential "first-come, first-served" loading basis and depart immediately upon filling the vehicle's capacity.
2.2 Right of Route Assignment: The purchase of a ticket grants the passenger a right of carriage between designated corridor terminals. It does not grant a right to a specific vehicle classification, vehicle owner, or time slot, unless explicitly confirmed in writing on a Corporate Fixed Manifest. Sintiri Nigeria reserves the absolute right to re-route passengers across fleet streams to maximize route safety and efficiency.
SECTION 3: VEHICLE TRUNK COMPLIANCE & RIGID LUGGAGE RESTRICTIONS
3.1 Core Space Constraints: To guarantee premium executive cabin space and ensure structural safety for standard sedan trunks, Sintiri Nigeria operates a zero-tolerance luggage policy.
3.2 Luggage Single-Box Cap: Each individual passenger is strictly limited to exactly one (1) standard box or suitcase. The luggage item must not exceed the following structural parameters:
• Maximum Dimensions: 65 cm x 45 cm x 26 cm (Total linear dimensions: 136 cm)
• Maximum Structural Weight: 20 kg (Twenty Kilograms)
3.3 Immediate Boarding Rejection: Any passenger presenting luggage that exceeds either the dimensional boundaries or the weight cap will be denied boarding by terminal coordinators or the dispatching driver. In the event of luggage non-compliance, the platform is under no legal obligation to issue a refund or provide alternative haulage. Small personal items (such as a standard laptop briefcase or handbag) may be kept in the cabin provided they fit comfortably in the passenger's personal legroom space.
SECTION 4: DIGITAL PAYMENT PROTOCOLS & ANTI-EXTORTION RULES
4.1 Centralized Fares: All transport fares must be paid digitally via www.sintirinigeria.online or at physical terminal booking desks prior to boarding. No driver, terminal coordinator, or third-party partner has the authority to collect unmanifested cash fares.
4.2 Anti-Extortion Protections: Independent Contractors operating under External Partner Manifests are strictly prohibited from demanding roadside surcharges, fuel fees, or luggage penalties directly from passengers. Any roadside monetary demand is an illegal extortion attempt. Passengers are advised to report such instances to platform support immediately via the contact links on www.sintirinigeria.online.
SECTION 5: ALLOCATION OF LIABILITY & LEGAL FIREWALLS
5.1 Internal Carrier Liability: For trips executed directly under an Internal Carrier Manifest, Sintiri Nigeria accepts standard carrier liabilities for safety and property protection as mandated under Nigerian transport regulatory frameworks.
5.2 Independent Contractor Firewall: For all marketplace turn-out trips executed under an External Partner Manifest, Sintiri Nigeria acts strictly as a technology link and digital aggregator. The contract for carriage is formed entirely between the passenger and the Independent Contractor. Sintiri Nigeria assumes no liability whatsoever for vehicle breakdowns, highway delays, luggage theft, property damage, or personal injury occurring during marketplace transits.
5.3 Force Majeure: Across all manifest tiers, Sintiri Nigeria and its partner operators are not liable for transit disruptions, security lockouts, or route delays caused by acts of God, highway construction, federal security checkpoints, or civic unrest along the Abuja– Kaduna–Kano corridor.
By accessing the portal or initiating transit, the customer legally consents to all structural provisions detailed above.
